Need or want a shift on a physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual level? The breath does it all! Come get clear and ready for the new year. No experience necessary. ❤️
Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.
EXCITING NOTE: The workshop will run from 10:00am until 12:30pm, but for those of you who may be traveling for this event and/or want to take advantage of this opportunity for big shifts in your life, Nicole will be offering an additional session for workshop attendees between 3-5pm (2 sessions in one day!) This will be specially priced and a smaller group. You can decide day of if you are interested, or simply note your interest here after you send in your registration! Can’t wait to see you.
