The Transformational Breath technique is simple, but can be difficult to master on your own - especially if you’ve only tried it a few times or are out of practice.
This course breaks down the technique into multiple daily practices, designed to help you focus on the intricacies one at a time, and simultaneously, gradually integrating them together. This way you are able to receive more of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits your breath has to offer!
