So many of us are breathing in ways that perpetuate unconscious limiting beliefs - and we have no idea it’s happening!  The great news is, we can actually reprogram the subconscious and make incredible change in our lives just by changing the way we breathe.

Sounds too good to be true but I promise it’s not.

Guided by some of the fundamental principles of the Transformational Breath technique, this 7-day series will guide you daily and intentionally to become aware of your own breath pattern and optimize it while you do. The course consists of six lessons that all include a specific and focused  5-minute breath practice and a final lesson that brings everything together for a full 15-minute guided breathwork session.

Breathwork techniques often seem simple, but can be difficult to master on your own - especially if you’ve only tried it a few times or are out of practice.

So whether you’re brand new to breathing practices or you’ve been a breathwork facilitator for years (like me) this series is guaranteed to help you become more aware of your unconscious tendencies, and shift them in ways to benefit you on every level of your being - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
